Your data
Three ways out, depending on how much you want gone. All of them work without asking us for permission first.

If you only want to cut a single connection, say your Google account or an Instagram profile, and keep using everything else:
This happens straight away. We delete our stored credential, and for Google we also call Google's own revoke endpoint so the grant is cancelled at Google's end rather than just forgotten at ours. Nothing we fetched from that account is retained, because we never kept a copy of it in the first place.
To remove everything:
Or email esther@unsocialstudiio.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is done.
You do not have to come through us at all. You can cut our access from the account you connected, and it takes effect immediately.
| Platform | Where |
|---|---|
| myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Unsocial Studiio, remove access | |
| Instagram and Facebook | Facebook Settings, then Business integrations, find Unsocial Studiio, remove |
| Notion | Notion Settings, then My connections, find Unsocial Studiio, disconnect |
What actually happens
| Data | When it goes |
|---|---|
| Connection tokens | Immediately, and revoked at the source platform |
| Your account and profile | Within 30 days of the request |
| Your content: plans, drafts, notes, tasks | Within 30 days of the request |
| Reviews and comments fetched from Google or Meta | Nothing to delete. We display them and never store them |
| Backups | Purged as backups roll over, within 90 days |
| Billing records | Kept 5 years, as Australian tax law requires |
Two things worth knowing
Deleting your data here does not delete anything on Google, Instagram, Facebook or Notion. A review reply or a post you published through us stays published, because it lives on their platform and belongs to the account that posted it. To remove it, remove it there.
Billing records survive account deletion. We are legally required to keep them. They record that a payment happened and for how much, not what was in your account.
If your business appears in this platform because an agency manages your accounts, the fastest route is to ask that agency to remove you. They control the account and can do it in a few clicks.
You can also revoke our access directly from your own Google, Meta or Notion settings using the links above, which cuts it off regardless of what the agency does. Or write to us and we will help you work out which account holds your information.
Email esther@unsocialstudiio.com. We answer deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
